Four Seasons Resort is a family campground with planned activities and special ATV events for the whole family. Such as ATV parades, mud drags, scavenger hunts, poker runs and a obstacle course. When you are tired of riding or hot, take a dip in our olympic sized swimming pool, take the kids fishing at our stocked pond or join in our planned activities. It's all included when you stay and ride at Four Seasons Resort.
ATVs and motorbikes are welcome on the trails at Four Seasons, provided the vehicles are registered at the office with proof of insurance. Please read the rules and regulations below for ATV riding. Click to see a map of all trails and the rules and regulations.
RULES & REGULATIONS FOR ATV's, MOTORBIKES AND GOLF CARTS
- OBEY: DO NOT OPERATE ATV'S, MOTORBIKES, GOLF CARTS, ETC. WHILE DRINKING OR AFTER DRINKING ALCOHOL BEVERAGES, AND ALL CAMPGROUND RULES.
- Obey all state & federal laws and manufacturers' rules governing safe operation of ATV's, motorbikes, golf carts, etc. while operating and riding.
- All drivers and riders of ATV's, motorbikes, etc., must wear a state approved safety helmet, glasses and all state required safety equipment. (Ride with headlights on if equipped).
- All ATV's, motorbikes and golf carts, etc. must be registered with PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE (NOT HOMEOWNERS) & SIGN A WAIVER at OFFICE BEFORE RIDING ON PROPERTY and ride at their own risk. Trail permit sticker must be displayed on the left side of the vehicle where it can be seen and not damaged.
- All ATV's and motorbikes etc. must be ridden on MARKED TRAILS ONLY. (Do not ride off resort property or on grassy areas except on trails).
- All ATV's and motorbikes etc. must have stock exhaust systems or the equivalent, 94 decibel is max, and has spark arrestor.
- All ATV's and motorbikes etc. may be ridden from RV campsite directly to the trails, lodge, swimming pool or motel and store (NO joy riding on the resort roads).
- All horses and hikers will have the "right of way" on the trails.
- Obey all speed limits 10 mph on resort roads and maintain a safe speed on trails.
- Riding hours are from 9:00 am to dusk (except during hunting season when it will be from 7:00 am to sundown).
- All ATV's and motorbikes, golf carts, etc. must be registered annually by April 1st for a fee. (Weekly permits are available).
- All drivers and riders must operate vehicle safely and be courteous to all members and guests of the Resort.
- The chasing of deer or other wildlife is prohibited.
- No trail riding during rifle deer season. (ATV's can be used for hunting only, must wear orange hat & vest and must obey all game commission rules and regulations).
- Must be 21 to ride passengers to pool, lodge, store or fishing pond. (Except for factory built two-seater ATV's, etc. may ride double on trails driver must be 21).
- Owner's of all ATV's, motorbikes and golf carts, etc. OPERATORS, RIDERS, & GUEST MUST SIGN A WAIVER TO RIDE AT THEIR OWN RISK AND NOT HOLD FOUR SEASONS RESORT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT LOSS OF CAMPING AND RIDING PRIVILEGES. OWNERS OF ATV's. ETC. ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THEIR RIDERS AND GUEST AT ALL TIMES.
- All ATV, motorbike, golf cart & etc. operators 14 years old and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult. Operators MUST be 16 years old or older to carry passengers in golf carts and a valid driver's license to drive. Golf carts ONLY are permitted to ride at night, NO ATV's. ATV's, motorbikes, golf carts & etc. cannot be ridden on the trails after dark. Golf carts must have 2 headlights, 2 red lights on back fender and 2 amber lights on side of rear fenders. All golf carts must pass an inspection before they can be operated at night.
- AGAIN DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEFORE OR WHILE DRIVING OR RIDING YOUR ATV's, MOTORBIKES. ETC.
VIOLATIONS: 1st Offense: Warning! 2nd Offense: Loss of riding privileges!
NO RIDING DOUBLE ON ATV TRAILS EXCEPT TO FISHING POND ON TRAIL #A1 ONLY!
ATV Permits are available for $35.00 a year or $25.00 per vehicle per continuous stay good up to one week.
