Four Seasons Resort reserves the right to change these rules and regulations as deemed neccessary by the management. The complete list is available at the office.

A.T.V. RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Always wear your safety equipment, obey state, federal, and manufacture laws and rules.
  2. Ride only on designated trails (click for map of trails) and to and from your campsite to the pool and store or fishing. Due not ride off of FOUR SEASONS RESORT property.
  3. Absolutely no joy riding on the rodes.
  4. All kids under the age of 14 must be with an adult.
  5. 10 M.P.H. Speed Limit on roads.
  6. You must have proof of insurance with you.
  7. Purchase a $30 yearly permit or $15 permit per bike per continuous stay, good up to two weeks and all riders must sign a waiver before riding.
  8. Have a stock exhaust or quieter. 94 Decibal max.
  9. Be an overnight guest, camping or staying in Motel.
  10. Always ride at safe speeds.
  11. No riding on grassy areas except trails.
  12. No riding after dark. Hours are 9:00 AM to Dusk.
  13. Be aware of oncoming riders, hikers and horses. Hikers and horses have right of way on designated trails.
  14. Violaters will be asked to leave with no refund.
  15. Helmets must be worn at all times, D.O.T. approved.
  16. Do not drink alcoholic beverages and drive or ride.
  17. Must be 21 to ride a passenger only to pool or fishing, not on trails.
  18. Have fun and be safe.

These rules are for everyone's benefit. We hope that everyone "you, your family, your neighboors and the staff" has fond memories of your stay at Four Seasons Resort.
