No matter where you get settled in, the Lodge is a great place to start your vacation. You'll run into people swimming in the indoor pool, playing pool while the jukebox spins a favorite tune, or eagerly joining in an activity offered by the Four Seasons staff.
Then continue on up the road to the outdoor pool, a favorite summertime hangout for your neighbors. The pavilion is right behind the pool, making it easy to combine an afternoon of swimming and sunbathing with a picnic. From there you can watch the rollerbladers flying around their court, or join in the games going on at the sand volleyball court, the basketball court, the softball field, or the horseshoe pit. And with the extensive playground just beside the pavilion you can also watch the kids having a blast.
If a peaceful ramble is more along the lines of what you're looking for, continue on past the pool and down the hill.there is easy access to several of the trails from there. Wander through the forest, perhaps taking a break for reflection at the fishing pond, or pausing to admire the wildflowers. Explore all the aspects of Four Seasons life.
