All campsite rates are based on 2 people per site.

Additional guests - $10/person per night

Children 5 and under are FREE.

One tent or RV per site.

Holiday and winter rates are subject to change.

Basic Tent Site - $45/night

Tent Site with water and electric - $70/night

RV Site with water and electric - $70/night

RV Site with full hook-up - $75/night or $795/month

Seasonal RV Site with full hook-up (April 1st - November 1st) - $2,800/season

Payment schedule:  $1,000.00 down payment and 5 payments of $360/mo. (May-Sept.)

Single lot - $2,398/yr. or 11 payments of $218/mo.

($243/mo. w/inground tank)

Double lot - $2,673/yr. or 11 payments of $243/mo.

($268/mo. w/inground tank)

Three lots - $3,157/yr. or 11 payments of $287/mo.

($312/mo. w/inground tank)

More than three lots – $2398/yr. for each additional lot

Annual site rental agreements are April 1 to March 31.

Site fee can be paid in 11 monthly payments (April to February).

Metered electric usage is additional and is billed twice/season.

Inground sewage tank - $275 additional (not all sites are equipped with an inground tank)

Campers staying on a site full time must pay the monthly rate of $795/mo.

Maximum of 4 adults per site.
